What you will be doing
We are looking for a new sales representatives to join our hyper-growth team in the Netherlands. This role is all about finding new locations-partners where we can place our lockers. To do this, you will present, promote and sell our solutions to different partners which could mean everything from grocery stores, petrol stations, shopping malls, the kiosk on the corner etc. etc. Anywhere with good opening hours and good access. The work is done by phone, email and in-person (once that’s allowed).

When you read this, it may sound like just a normal Account Manager position, but in this case, it is much more than that. You will be a part of every new project in sales directed at our different locations and at the same time become an expert at Instabox solutions, adapting and customizing recommendations quickly to suit varying partner needs.

Who you are
No matter the audience, you are the expert at communicating and remain cool under pressure. You possess the ability to make the complicated simple, and you command an audience by bringing them along for the journey. To succeed in this role, we believe that you will need to have relevant experience before joining us, preferably in direct sales, either by phone or face to face. If you have experience working towards potential location customers - i.e., locations where we would want to install lockers - all the better.

  • An excellent collaborator and communicator in English and Dutch
  • An analytical, strategic, and creative problem solver who thrives in situations where a personal connection with a potential client is possible.
  • Track record of working with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Having the ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Located in The Netherlands
