Over the course of the past six years Instabox has grown from a small logistics company to one of the fastest growing Last Mile Delivery companies in the Nordic region. Our journey has taken us from Sweden to Norway, Denmark and most recently the Netherlands and we have no plans on slowing down.
We now find ourselves in need of new colleagues who will work closely to the very core of our business as “on-site HRBP” at our site in Gothenburg, supporting all our colleagues working in that specific region within Production. You will be joining a team that continues to raise the bar for what we can achieve as a business and never settles for “good enough”.
What you will be doing
As an operational HR business partner your daily tasks will include coaching managers as well as employees in securing great know-how in regards of ways-of-working, implement structure to our systematic work environment operations on daily basis, identifying needs of recruitment, support in recruitment, apply non-complex structures for follow-ups, enhance feedback culture and at the same time remind all of us to preserve our smashing Instabox-culture. You will provide our leaders with the tools they need in order to be successful in their roles and maintain efficiency as our business continues to expand. All this could be described as a very broad role where you will get to utilise every skill in your toolbox and have a tangible impact every day. Sounds too good to be true? Well it is true, it is simply the way we operate.
Who you are
As you can probably tell we are looking for someone out of the ordinary. When we call your references they will likely refer to you as a brave, initiative individual who is pragmatic and gets stuff done. They will highlight that while you love working with people, you always rely on data to base your decisions on and advice from a place of knowledge and expertise, always having overall business goals in mind.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be able to thrive in an operational role, while at the same time maintaining tactical overview. You are proactive and able to prioritise. Beyond these attributes we would like to see evidence of the following in your background:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably from production- and/or logistics roles with a large number of employees
- Experience of working environment, performance management and employee engagement
- Experience from working with blue collar employees.
- A track record that shows your ability to implement and facilitate HR processes operationally
