Who we are
Parcels have been delivered to people's homes for centuries, millennia even (rough guesstimation disclaimer). But a solution with digitalized lockers across an entire nation connected by sophisticated software that allows the user to know with precision when the order is ready for pickup, lets just say that is something new.

Since Instabox started over 5 years ago we have been working hard trying to make sure that everyone across the Nordics has access to an Instabox locker near their home. Our Location sales team plays a vital role in this effort, contacting and signing location partners every day in order for us to be able to grow our business and locker network. The team is expected to continue to grow and we now find ourselves in need of a Sales Manager for this team in Denmark. Hopefully that is where you come in.

What you will be doing
Reporting to our Head of Sales Nordics your task is to lead our Location Sales Associates in Denmark and make sure that the team delivers high results. Your job will be to motivate, coach and develop the team as it continues to increase in size. Working closely with our Network and BI department you will perform analysis of the different markets and devise sales strategies based on that analysis, you will also make sure that those strategies are carried out by the team in a coordinated and structured way in order to assure maximum impact and efficiency. Additionally you will be working closely with our merchant sales organisation, coordinating new partner onboardings and making sure that we increase coverage across the country. As such your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Coaching team members to develop their skills and motivate them to achieve higher results
  • Recruit, onboard and train new team members
  • Coordinate with various departments to analyse the market
  • Device and implement sales strategies together with the team in order to increase our locker presence

Who you are
In short we are looking for someone amazing. When we call your references they will tell us about your ability to motivate others around you and lead by example - they may or may not draw parallels to scenes from Braveheart but if they do, we won’t be surprised. They will refer to you as a cultural torch bearer who always ensures that your team has the tools, skills and insight necessary in order to perform their job with high efficiency. Moreover we would like to see evidence of the following in your background:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an inside sales team
  • A track record of achieving and/or beating targets previous exposure to analytical tasks such as consumer/market segmentation
  • Interpersonal and coaching skills that have contributed to increased sales results
  • Experience from managing a team across multiple locations is merriting but not a necessity for this role. We trust that you can use your skills to develop people over hangout calls as well as in person
