 Who we are
Over the course of the past five years we have grown to a business of over 2000 Instaboxers united by a single purpose; providing the smoothest shipping experience known to mankind. We are really really fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. We keep on expanding in the Nordics, partnering with the most recognisable names within the e-commerce space and fulfilling their delivery needs. In light of this growth we are now looking for a Key Account Manager to come onboard to handle some of our biggest accounts and ensure their continued growth. That is hopefully where you come in.

What you will be doing
In this role you will be tasked with the management of some of the most significant merchants in our portfolio. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships while always focusing on impact; not relying on past success but rather looking to the future, constantly evolving and improving. Some merchants will require your assistance growing in existing markets, some will need your guidance in their expansion to new locations, regardless you will be there for the ride. In doing so, you will also provide invaluable feedback for our product and tech teams to continue the development of our products and services. Additionally you will work with attracting new merchants to the Instabox collective, by prospecting and showcasing our offering and working together with our Business Development department in cases such as new product launches, services and partner collaborations.

Who you are
In order to be successful in this role you will have worked in a similar position before joining us, managing complex SAAS solutions, preferably in the e-commerce or last mile space. You have a strategic, tactical and consultative mindset and you come up with creative solutions to challenges. Moreover you know how to get things moving in order to produce results. If you have a well established network within the Swedish ecom space that's great, but more importantly you have the capacity to challenge your partners and customers in a way that brings actual value to all involved stakeholders, and a track record to prove it. When we call your references they will most likely mention your:

  • Capacity to produce results here and now while never sacrificing the long term agenda
  • Ability to build strong, trust based relationships with many different types of stakeholders
